MANUAL MACHINERY.
Crescent Machinery Limited has a range of manually operated Metal Working Machinery for Bar Bending, Shearing, Scroll Work, Bar Twisting and Rod Bending. In fact Crescent can equip a workshop from scratch without electricity!!! They can be used by the professional blacksmith or by amateurs as a hobby in the garage.
HAND SCROLLING MACHINE.
This is a substantial bench mounted machine with revolving supports made of cast Iron and Steel. It is capable of cold rolling mild steel up to 30 x 10mm in section. Three Scroll Formers are supplied 80mm, 125mm and 200mm. It can be bench mounted.
BAR BENDING MACHINE.
This is a solid steel machine with hardened vice jaws. It has a special easy to use vice for eccentric clamping. It is capable of bending mild steel up to 100 x 8mm.
BAR TWISTING MACHINE.
This is a fabricated bench mounted machine that is capable of twisting mild steel bar up to 16mm square or 20 x 5mm flat. It can also be used to manufacture plaited steel (4 strands up to 6mm diameter).
HAND LEVER SHEAR.
Bench mounted Lever action shear capable of cutting mild steel rods up to 13mm diameter and flat steel to 38 x 5mm.
ROD BENDING MACHINE.
Steel fabricated machine supplied with five rollers for different bend radii, from 30 - 75mm. It will bend mild steel to a capacity of 40 x 10mm and round steel to 16mm diameter.
