RHTC STEELWORKERS

The HKM range of Hydraulic Steelworkers are manufactured in Europe and offered in the United Kingdom by Crescent Machinery. There are six machines in the range from a single cylinder 40 Ton machine through to a double cylinder 155 Ton machine.

All are five station machines:

Every machine within the range complies with current CE Legislation and is installed and commissioned by our own trained engineers. All service and spare parts are likewise supplied by Crescent Machinery.

PUNCHING

With the standard die holder, holes up to 38mm can be punched in material from 8mm - 11mm thick. The punches and dies are interchangeable and easy to change. Special tooling is available on request.

BAR SHEAR

Within this part, 25mm – 35mm square and round bars 30mm – 40mm can be cut quickly and easily. By changing the blades U, I or T sections can be cut. Special blades for other sections are available on request.

ANGLE SHEAR

In this station with the special Z form blades various sizes of equal and odd leg angle can be cut at either 90 or 45 degrees.

PLATE SHEAR

Flat Mild Steel Sheet or plate up to 25mm can be cut up to lengths from 200 – 380mm. Pre-set graduations and guides allow angles to be cut accurately and repeatedly.

NOTCHING

The machines are supplied with standard rectangular notching tools with notching capacities from 8mm – 13mm. Special Vee blades can be supplied with the machine.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT

U-I Section Blades, T Section Blades, Vee Notching Blades, Double Punching, Vee Bending, Touch and Cut Shearing. Numerical Control Linear Stops.
